Cernovar Pale.

Bohemian Pilsner different medium strength, color dark or light amber. This variety is characterized by a moderate bitterness and noble hop flavor and aroma, light malt sweetness and a medium strength. This variety has a possible feeling extremely low tones (DMS), which has the taste of sweet corn, and the smell of malt.

Kozel Pale.

Kozel Pale is an outstanding, easy-drinking traditional Czech beer. It is characterized by its delicate aroma, smooth, balanced flavor, pleasant bitterness and a beautiful golden yellow colour. This deep fermented beer has an alcohol volume of 4.6% and is perfect to enjoy with food.

Our Pale beer is ideal to experiment with. Try creating a ‘half-and-half’ – simply mix half a Kozel Dark with half a Kozel Pale. The result is a drink with an intense caramel flavour and a subtle hoppy aroma.
